Payment

Orders are processed safely through Paypal, which accepts all major credit cards as well as echeck payments.


Availability

All open edition prints, despite its "unlimitedness", might not be available after some time.
This means that the edition will be finite at some point, but still not limited to a certain number.
Please be aware that we may discontinue some prints or make some new ones available as time goes by.

Colors

Please note that, despite my best efforts to accurately display the colors and details of all originals and prints,
they may still appear slightly different in person, depending on your monitor settings.

Shipping : Policies

We ship only within the US, to Canada and Mexico, and are not responsible for customs/duties charges.
For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.

Before placing your order, please make sure that your shipping address is correct.
Buyers will be responsible for all extra shipping charges in case of listing an incorrect address.

All orders are shipped from our studio in Brooklyn NYC once a week (usually on Fridays but may differ)
via USPS Priority Mail Domestic US or International.
Please allow 5-10 days for delivery within the continental USA, and 1 - 3 weeks for delivery
on international orders.

Shipping : Rates

{ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NOTICE }
I have reinstated international shipping for the SHOP SALE in APRIL. But please do it at your own risk!
I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages, especially when they're originals. Prints can be replaced, on case by case basis,
provided that the buyer pays for extra shipping. Please contact us for alternate shipping methods, and/or if you have any questions!


Rates within Domestic US : Priority Mail
$8 flat for larger (anything over 9"x12") prints, $6 for smaller prints.
Multiple prints will be charged $1 extra shipping for each larger print, and any extra smaller prints
are free of extra shipping charges.
For example, if you buy 2 large prints, you'll be charged $8+$1=$9, and if you buy 1 large, 1 small,
you'll be charged $8+$0=$8 for shipping costs.

Rates to CANADA : Priority Mail International*
$29 for larger prints, $20 for smaller prints.
Multiple prints will be charged $1 extra per additional print.
For example, if you buy 2 large prints, you'll be charged $29+$1=$30, and if you buy 1 large, 1 small,
you'll also be charged $29+$1=$30 for shipping costs, etc.
For the small ones, there will be no extra charges for extra prints - all $20 flat..

Rates to Mexico : Priority Mail International*
$35 for larger prints, $25 for smaller prints.
Multiple prints will be charged $1 extra per additional print.
For example, if you buy 2 large prints, you'll be charged $35+$1=$36, and if you buy 1 large, 1 small,
you'll also be charged $35+$1=$36, for shipping costs.
For the small ones, there will be no extra charges for extra prints - all $25 flat.

Rates to UK : Priority Mail International*
$42 for larger prints, $25 for smaller prints.
Multiple prints will be charged $1 extra per additional print.
For example, if you buy 2 large prints, you'll be charged $42+$1=$4, and if you buy 1 large, 1 small,
you'll also be charged $42+$1=$43 for shipping costs.
For the small ones, there will be no extra charges for extra prints - all $25 flat.

Rates to Everywhere Else: Priority Mail International*
$40 for larger prints, $25 for smaller prints.
Multiple prints will be charged $1 extra per additional print.
For example, if you buy 2 large prints, you'll be charged $40+$1=$41, and if you buy 1 large, 1 small,
you'll also be charged $40+$1=$41 for shipping costs.
For 2 small ones, your shipping will be $25+$1=$26.

Lost Packages

Due to the nature of artworks and because I'm a one-person artist business,
please order at your own risk for all international orders. If your local post office is prone to losing items, please contact me to arrange a different courier.
I am not responsible for the packages lost due to USPS , as it will be my loss as well, but might be able to replace your print on a case-by-case basis, provided that the buyer pays for another shipping charge.


Returns & Damages

Due to the nature of artworks, returns, refunds and/or exchanges will only be made on
a case-by-case basis. If you have received damaged prints, please contact us within 2 days of receipt at : shop [at] stellaimhultberg.com.
